PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. club soda
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract

Beat eggs and add oil and club soda. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 1/2 hour when done.
