PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. milk 5 eggs 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 to 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 box powdered sugar Mix well: cake mix, pudding, water, oil, milk and eggs. Add pecans. Grease and flour Bundt cake pan. Pour batter into pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool cake in pan. Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add powdered sugar to make spreadable frosting. Frost cool cake. Enjoy! |
