PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/2 c. water

(May substitute any other pudding.) Combine ingredients, blend, mix 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
