PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding (not instant)

TOPPING:

1/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat together first five ingredients. Set aside. Stir together topping ingredients. Line bottom of Angel Food tube pan with wax paper. Pour 1/2 batter into pan. Top with 1/2 topping preparation. Pour over it, remaining batter. Top with remaining topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Some topping may fall off when cake is removed from pan.
