SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE III 
1 (12 oz.) can vegetable juice
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. corn flour or 2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c. red bell pepper
1/2 c. green bell pepper

Combine all ingredients, stirring frequently, and bring to a boil. Boil gently until sauce thickens; garnish with parsley or chives.
