REUBEN CHICKEN 
4 boned chicken breasts, seasoned
1 can sauerkraut (squeeze out liquid)
4 slices Swiss cheese
Brown sugar
1 c. Thousand Island dressing

Place chicken in pan. Cover with sauerkraut. Cover kraut with brown sugar. Cover brown sugar with Swiss cheese. Cover Swiss cheese with 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing for each piece of chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
