CRANBERRY FRUIT SALAD 
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 oz. raspberry Jello
11 oz. whole cranberry sauce
1 med. can mandarin oranges
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Drain pineapple and set aside juices. Drain mandarin oranges (liquid need not be saved). Use juice from pineapple and boiling water to make one cup. Dissolve Jello into juice. Stir in cranberry sauce and refrigerate until partially set. Stir in pineapple, oranges and orange peel. Fold in one cup whipping cream and refrigerate until set.
