CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS SALAD | |
1 lg. Jello (strawberry, cherry or raspberry), sugar free 20 oz. pineapple, drained (crushed and reserve juice) 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice) 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 c. chopped pecans 2 apples, chopped (peeled or unpeeled) 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or apples Mix Jello and 2 cups boiling water. Add enough liquid from juices to equal 1 1/2 cups cold water. Add rest - mix well - pour into largest Pyrex dish. |
