BROCCOLI & TUNA (OR CHICKEN)
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz. ea) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna or cooked chopped chicken, turkey or ham (about 1 to 1 1/2 cups)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook frozen broccoli as directed on package and drain well.

Put in 2-quart dish and add well-drained tuna (or you may use cooked chopped chicken, turkey or ham). Pour mushroom soup diluted with milk. Sprinkle cheese over all. Top this off with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Serves 5.
