MOM'S PERFECT PIE CRUST 
5 c. flour
2 c. Crisco shortening
1 tbsp. salt

Blend with a pastry blender and add (in a one cup measure) :

1 egg
1 tbsp. white vinegar
Water

Add water to measure 3/4 of a cup. Add to blended flour mixture. Makes 5 crusts. Wrap in Saran Wrap and freeze.
