PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops or 6 tenderloin
1 can cream of mushroom soup (reconstitute with 1 can water)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. uncooked long grain rice

Pour rice into a medium to large casserole dish. Pour half of soup mixture over rice. Stir together. Lay pork chops on top. Pour on remaining soup. Sprinkle peppers and onions on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
