RHUBARB STRAWBERRY KUCHEN 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
3 c. rhubarb
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix together flour, salt, baking powder and butter until looks like bread crumbs. Add egg and milk. Spread in lightly greased 7 x 11 inch pan. Bring the batter up on the side. Put into crust rhubarb that is cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with Jello on top. Cover with the streusel mix of flour, sugar and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
