COCONUT CUSTARD "PIE" | |
4 eggs Sweetener = 1/2 c. sugar 3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. unsweetened shredded coconut In large bowl, beat 4 eggs, add sweetener, vanilla, milk and coconut. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm. |
