COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 fresh coconut, grated or 7-8 oz. pkg. coconut
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter
Dash salt
2 (9") pie shells, unbaked

Whip eggs; add sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Melt butter and add. Stir to mix well. Add coconut. Pour into 2 prepared pie shells. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
