1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
4 c. sliced, cooked potatoes

Melt butter, blend in soup mix and add flour and milk. Stir in Cheez Whiz and cook until thick and bubbly. Arrange potatoes in 1 quart casserole. Pour cheese sauce over all, stir to mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can be put in microwave, just heat through.
