2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 med. apples, finely chopped
1 c. walnuts

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Grease and flour bundt pan.
