DUTCH CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake as directed. Make 3 layers in 10 inch pans. When cake is cool, stack with Cool Whip between layers. Ice top and sides. Put in refrigerator.

ICING:

Cream butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and cocoa. Add powdered sugar, small amount at a time beating constantly.
