ANTIPASTO SALAD DRESSING 
Place the following in a jar with a screw top:

2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. olive oil
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Combine, apply screw top, and shake well. Serve on green salad. Makes one cup.
