DUTCH CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 ready to drink hot coffee
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. baking soda, stir together until foams

Mix together in order of above. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.

Substituted canola oil for wesson oil and skim milk for buttermilk... Still worked superbly!
