MARINATED SLAW 
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. sugar
1 med. cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper

Chop cabbage, pepper, onion fine. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt with mixture. Bring vinegar, oil, celery seed and 2 teaspoons sugar to a boil. Pour over cabbage. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate.
