APPLE DUMPLINGS 
1 can biscuits (10)
5 peeled apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cut apples in quarters. Roll each biscuit out thin and cut in half. Roll 1 piece of apple in dough (20 pieces of apples and 20 pieces of dough). Place in baking dish. Heat sugar, water, butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over apples. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.

Bake 35 minutes at 350°F.
