SHRIMP CACCIATORE 
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. butter, butter or oil
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 c. dry instant rice

MICROWAVE: Mix shrimp, onion, garlic and butter in microwave safe dish. Cover and cook on High 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
