TACO SALAD (LAYERED) 
3 med. avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. sour cream
2 cans (10 1/2oz. each) plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
1 c. onions
3 med. cut tomatoes
2 cans pitted ripe olives, drained and coarsely chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sharp shredded cheese
1 large tortilla chips

Can use Maries avocado dressing instead. Mash avocados, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Mix in bowl. Then assemble on a shallow serving platter: (1) spread bean dip onto platter, (2) next, spread on the avocado, (3) spread the layer of mayonnaise, sour cream, etc. (4) sprinkle on tomatoes, onions and olives. Cover with cheese. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Use tortilla chips to dip into mix.
