TACO TOSSED SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. taco sauce
1 sm. head lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips
1 med. tomato, cut into 8 wedges
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, drained
1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco flavored tortilla chips, crumbled (1 c.)
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing

Cook and stir beef over medium heat until light brown, drain. Stir in taco sauce and heat. Toss lettuce, green pepper, tomato wedges, olives, cheese and chips. Spoon hot beef mixture and salad dressing over lettuce mixture. Toss. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
