TACO TOSSED SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 sm. head lettuce, bite size pieces
1 med. green pepper
1 med. tomato
1/2 c. pitted olives
2 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. taco tortilla chips crumbled
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing

Cook and stir ground beef over medium heat until light brown and drain. Stir in taco sauce and heat. Toss lettuce, pepper, tomato, olives, cheese and chips. Spoon hot beef mixture and salad dressing over lettuce mixture; toss. Serve immediately.
