1 can red beans, drain
Cheddar cheese, grated
Dorito chips (taco or nacho cheese flavor)
Catalina French dressing
lettuce
anything you use in a tossed salad

Mix everything together except Doritos and dressing. Just before you eat, add Doritos and dressing and toss well.
