MONTEREY CHICKEN SALAD 
Grilled chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch strips
Flour tortilla, cut in 4 pieces and fried crisp
1 1/2 c. of cut lettuce
1/4 c. cut tomatoes
1/4 c. cucumber
Sprinkle of onion (optional)
1/4 c. quacamole
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. spread Monterey cheese
1/4 c. picante sauce (Pace)

Put the lettuce in a large bowl or on a dinner plate. Place the fried shells slightly under and around the lettuce. Layer the ingredients as listed above.
