CHICKEN BREAST MONTEREY 
4 chicken breasts, boneless
8 oz. shredded Monterey cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, mixed with 1/4 c. sherry wine

Put chicken breasts into greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and put soup mix over cheese. Top with 1/2 package seasoned stuffing mix and dot with butter. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
