ONION SHORTBREAD

1ST LAYER:

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

2ND LAYER:

1 can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

3RD LAYER:

3 onions, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. salt

4TH LAYER:

1 c. grated cheese

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
