WOKED BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. boneless beef
Pepper
5 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. whipping cream
Hot, cooked buttered noodles

Cut beef in 1/4 inch strips and pepper. Melt butter in wok and stir-fry onion until limp. Add 1/2 meat and cook. Remove and add other half of meat. Remove meat and add butter to wok. Add mushrooms and stir until limp.

Add flour and cook for 30 seconds. Reduce heat, add broth and mustard, stir until thickened. Return meat/onion mixture. Add nutmeg and cream, stir all together. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
