CHEESY SPINACH BAKE 
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
5 med. green onions, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. butter and flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. spaghetti (cooked)
2 c. chopped spinach

Cook mushrooms and onions in 3 tablespoons butter. (Set aside.)

Melt 2 tablespoons butter; stir in flour and milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

Place 1/2 the spaghetti, cheese and mushroom/onion mixture in buttered casserole dish. Add spinach, then the other 1/2 of spaghetti, cheese and mushroom/onion mixture. Pour sauce evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes (until bubbly). Cool 5 minutes. Cut in slices.
