CHEESY SPINACH BAKE 
1 can spinach
4 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. cubed white bread
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Drain spinach, squeeze out excess liquid. Combine all ingredients, pour into baking dish, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Onions can be sauteed before baking.
