CHEESY SPINACH BAKE | |
1 can (15 oz.) spinach 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. cubed firm white bread 1/2 c. sliced green onion 1/4 c. grated cheese Drain spinach squeezing out excess liquid. Combine all ingredients; pour into 1 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done. Makes 6 servings. Preparation time is 5 minutes and cooking time is about 30 minutes. |
