BAKED SPINACH 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
20 Ritz crackers
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Cook spinach and drain. Mix spinach and crumbled crackers; season to taste with salt and pepper. Add egg and milk. Bake in greased dish at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. Makes 6 servings.
