NO SUGAR MOLASSES MUFFINS 
2 c. flour (sifted)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins (opt.)
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. molasses
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. bran buds (cereal)

Sift first 4 ingredients together. Beat egg. Add molasses, butter, bran and milk together. Mix with flour, raisins and nuts if used. Spoon into buttered muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Makes 12 large muffins.
