BLUEBERRY SUGAR TOP MUFFINS 
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. (1 c.) blueberries

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and eggs, one at a time. Add melted butter. Flour berries and add. Pour batter into muffin cups and sprinkle sugar on top. For large muffins (makes 14), bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For miniature muffins (makes 27), bake at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
