BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked slightly & drained
1 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1/4 c. milk
Crushed Town House or Ritz crackers

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add soup and milk and blend. Add chopped broccoli and cheese. Put in greased baking dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
