BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Town House cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs. Pour into a 2 quart well buttered baking dish. Sprinkle top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
