CHINESE HOT DISH 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 med. onions, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. raw rice
2 c. water

Brown the hamburger, onion and celery. Add the peas, cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Mix well. Add the soy sauce, raw rice and 2 cups of water. Place all in a 2 quart casserole. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
