PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
2-3 pkgs. chicken tenders
Bread crumbs
1-2 cans pineapple chunks
1 jar apricot preserves
Oil for frying pan
Honey (opt.)

In a Pyrex baking dish, place chicken tenders. Spread apricot and pineapple preserves over chicken. Then drain the pineapple chunks and put over the chicken. Marinate for a few hours. Dip chicken tenders in bread crumbs and put into frying pan. Turn once. Chicken stays in frying pan until tender. (About 5 to 6 minutes.) Put chicken back into Pyrex dish. You may want to add more apricot or pineapple preserves. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. To sweeten chicken, put in a little honey.
