CREAMY LECHE FLAN | |
6 egg yolks 1 (125 ml.) can NESTLÉ® all-purpose cream (about 1/2 cup) 1 (5 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. fine salt 3 tbsp. sugar Mix egg yolks with NESTLÉ® all-purpose cream, condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Add sugar in a large lyanera (oval-shaped tin mold). Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside. Strain cream mixture into the lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and serve well chilled. Submitted by: Jordan Maurico |
