FRIED ONION RINGS 
3/4 flour
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. Bermuda onion

Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Add milk, oil and egg. Beat until smooth.

Separate onion into rings. Dip each ring in batter. Fry 2-3 minutes in oil heated to 375 degrees, turning occasionally. Drain; sprinkle with salt, if desired.
