FLUFFY RICE AND CHICKEN 
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
3/4 c. regular rice
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
1 env. onion soup mix
Chicken cut in pieces

Mix soup and milk; reserve 1/2 cup mixture. Mix remaining soup, rice, mushrooms with liquid and 1/2 onion soup mix. Pour into 11 1/2 by 7 1/2 by 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Place chicken on top; pour remaining soup over chicken; sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 20 minutes longer.
