FLUFFY RICE WITH CHICKEN 
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can full of milk
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 env. onion soup mix (approx. 1 1/2 oz.)
4 chicken breasts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mushroom soup and milk together - reserve 1/2 cup. Mix remaining soup mixture with rice, mushrooms (with liquid) and half the onion soup mix. Pour into ungreased casserole (approximately 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches). Place chicken on top. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with rest of onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes to brown.
