FLUFFY RICE AND CHICKEN 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
1 env. onion soup mix
1 chicken

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mushroom soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture. Mix remaining soup mixture, rice, mushrooms with liquid and half of soup mix. Pour into greased baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.

Great, easy recipe to use the morning before grocery shopping since I was out of eggs and milk. Instead of the one cup whole milk I used the dry buttermilk and they were a big hit :)
