FLUFFY PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1/3 c. butter
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 c. oven toasted rice cereal

In medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat; gently stir in cereal until cereal is coated with chocolate. Press in bottom of pan and up sides of lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Chill 2-3 hours. Fill with peanut butter filling.

PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3/4-1 c. creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup for garnish

Blend first 5 ingredients. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into crust. Swirl with spatula and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
