FLUFFY RICE 
1 c. dry rice, washed
1 c. COLD water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Put all ingredients in heavy pot on stove over high heat. When mixture begins to boil rapidly, stir with spoon. Place tight fitting lid on pot. Cook over as low heat as possible. Cook about 20 minutes or until done, without opening lid. Fluff with fork.
