QUICHE 
Pie crust
6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 can mushrooms, drained
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. pkg. sharp shredded Cheddar
1 chunk butter
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked

Melt butter. Saute onion, garlic, mushrooms. Throw in broccoli cuts, cook until tender. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and bacon. Add pepper if you want. Put your crust in a quiche pan. If you don't have a quiche pan, use a round cake pan, or pie plate. Take your vegetables, and bacon and put in the crust. Pour the eggs and milk over the vegetables and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
