MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can (mild or hot) enchilada sauce
3 jalapeno peppers
1 lg. pkg. Dorito chips
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can milk
1 onion
1 lb. grated cheese

Saute meat and onion until brown; drain. Add soup, milk, peppers, enchilada sauce and mix well. Add Dorito chips and stir until all chips are covered. Pour into large oiled casserole dish, top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and turning brown.
