MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 lg. Doritos
1 can mild enchilada sauce
4 oz. can Old El Paso chopped green chilies
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion. Drain grease and add soups, enchilada sauce, Cheez Whiz, and green chilies. Bring to a boil. In baking dish, place half of the Doritos and half of above mixture. Repeat and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
